At the heart of the technology lies the design of the industrial cleaning system for mechanically treated products, which uses a modular drive with individual, separated treatment chambers. The drives and cleaning nozzles are controlled in such a way that each chamber-module performs a certain degree of product cleaning. Each individual chamber is controlled separately by the CNC controller, which reads separate programmes - recipes. Programmes are written using a G-code, as are the machining centres. This was developed to help combine the work functions of the process technologist and the cleaning technologist. The treatment water from each chamber does not mix freely between the chambers, which greatly increases the cost-effectiveness of the washing. The "Reductor Flow" industrial washing system is a classic flow system, with connected chambers, a reducer drive i.e., a belt that rotates at a constant speed. The piece travels, flowing between the chambers and does not stop at exact places. There is no special sealing between the chambers, just a traditional rubber curtain. It is an economical choice for simple washing, based on the principle of random washing.

Industrial washing system adapted for manual or robotic operation. A manipulator with two pallets is used. A robot or person places the pieces which are to be washed on one pallet while the pieces on the other pallet are washed. The pallets can be dedicated and adapted to the individual shapes of the pieces. The special feature is the small footprint and the targeted washing, as the palette can be rotated 360 degrees to adjust to the different nozzles.

Our smallest industrial washing system, with a footprint of just over 1m2. It is adapted for robotic operation. Manual handling is also possible, but there is no stock of washed products. It is the ideal system to eliminate the process of hand washing and blowing out pieces.
