We have built three washing systems for IMPOL. One double, 15 m long automated production line, and a second, single, manual line. Each of them has four chambers.

Both washing systems are the first to feature the MF (Modular Flow) design, which allows the modular assembly of different units (pre-wash, scrubbing, rinsing, blow-drying). The patented design allows different products to be placed in different chambers.

In addition to the SF (Servo Flow) industrial washing system, we also provided the customer with a complete turnkey production of the piece. We made an entire lathe, with a feed to the industrial washing system. We have optimised an existing project - reducing the cycle time from 26 seconds to just 12 seconds. A processing repeatability of ± 0.004 mm was achieved. We are proud that the project is entirely a product of our own expertise. To date, over 2,000,000 pieces have been processed.

We have developed a palletised washing solution for a well-known client. This was our company's first project to complete an industrial washing system for a outside client. One pallet is undergoing the washing process, while the other is being loaded by robot or by hand. The product is highly automated, the first of the so-called RP line (Rotary Pallet). It has a targeted washing system, it is compact and has the greatest advantage of high throughput and targeted washing of several specific products.
