WASHING TECHNOLOGY IS OUR PASSION.

We are an experienced manufacturing company that has been engaged in large-scale serial processing of pieces using CNC turning and milling technology for a long time. The passion for technology, and consequently automation, is the heart of our work. Due to the highly competitive environment, we started to introduce the process automation in many production phases soon after we started our business.

The company has two main sectors. In the manufacturing sector, we work mainly in the processing of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Quality in-house construction and production of clamping systems in our own tool room, with the help of modern machinery, enables us to manufacture the most demanding products. As we have found that high demanding products always require high standards of cleanliness, we have been actively involved in the development of industrial washing systems and special measuring equipment for the last 10 years. This sector have been developed passively through learning on our own production from the very beginning of our business and actively for the last three years.

When we realised that the needs of our production matched very well with the needs of the market, the idea of the ZORO CLEAN brand was born, through which we would communicate to our customers the best possible and, above all, universal washing for a whole range of products.

Our focus in washing technology is on:

• Financial aspect: We know what cost-efficiency and low operating costs mean. We constantly talk about the cost of electricity. How can we reduce them? With a targeted washing.
• Environmental aspect: Reduce energy consumption. Using water more efficiently. Reducing wastewater and lowering the percentage of the cleaning agent.
• Process stability: Reducing maintenance cycles to a minimum. Maintenance is cost-consuming but essential in automated production. How to increase the time between maintenance cycles? Introduction of automatic cycles to maintain clean water, automatic dosing of the cleaning agent, automatic maintenance of water levels.
• Employee health protection: We want to remove compressed air nozzles from the hands of our workers! Compressed air is on the one hand the most expensive energy source in manufacturing, and on the other an energy source that is extremely harmful to health. Blowing results in headaches, distractions, and deafness. Our industrial washing systems are specially sound tested to ensure they run as quietly as possible.

In 2021, we are proud to have developed the brilliantly thought-out MF (Modular Flow) washing system, which has virtually no expiry date and is extremely cost-effective. We have also been awarded a worldwide patent for its modular design!
