SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
REDUCTOR FLOW / rf line
The "Reductor Flow" industrial washing system is a classic flow system, with connected chambers, a reducer drive i.e., a belt that rotates at a constant speed. The piece travels, flowing between the chambers and does not stop at exact places. There is no special sealing between the chambers, just a traditional rubber curtain. It is an economical choice for simple washing, based on the principle of random washing.
The industrial washing system can be operated manually or robotically. It has the option of sorting pieces on a round table, on a belt or in a box. It is intended for low to medium demanding washing of products. The pieces are washed according to a random system, moving at a constant speed through several chambers. In the basic version, three chambers are included: Washing chamber with a cleaning agent, rinse chamber with clean water and drying chamber.
The machine is of the simplest design in the Zoro-Clean line and enables relatively high production (up to approx. 200 pcs/hour) with a low initial investment.
