COMPACT DRUM / cd line

Our smallest industrial washing system, with a footprint of just over 1m2. It is adapted for robotic operation. Manual handling is also possible, but there is no stock of washed products. It is the ideal system to eliminate the process of hand washing and blowing out pieces. It uses a single chamber in which both washing and drying are carried out, so that the piece can be rotated by servo drive, and it is also possible to precisely wash special parts of the pieces (holes or bores at an angle, etc.). It allows a high degree of automation and maximum cost-efficiency with a satisfactory, basic level of wash quality. Ideally for pieces that have cycle time over 25 seconds.

A great feature of the machine is the 350 L water tank and the complete sensors; water temperature, water quantity, machine status and piece counters, by default.

The CD Line was created precisely for the purpose of basic replacement of hand washing and blowing of pieces. Its main competition is an open hot water tank, a worker, and an air gun. With CD washing machine, employees are free to spend their valuable time using other machines. Process stability, quality and cost-efficiency are improved. We also improve the working environment for the employee as the sound load is reduced. After all, this is also important for health – we all know what 8 hours of continuous blowing a day means for your health.
