SERVO FLOW / SF line
Highly productive CNC type flow washing system, without intermediate doors and 100% sealing. The chambers are connected, the design is simple, and the piece can be washed medium to complex because the servo drive allows stopping at the exact position. It sits between the MF and RF models.
It offers an integrated cleaning and drying solution, as it can be placed directly next to the processing machine and be a part of the machining process, leaving the piece ready for quality control and measurement. It is also possible to place the washing unit independently in a dedicated collection area for washing the pieces. The washing and drying process is controlled and thus of constant quality, and the worker is left with more time for the activities of control and monitoring. The process consequently becomes more stable, costs are reduced, and quality is increased.
The SF line has been specially developed for medium-demanding pieces, with short cycle times. It is a highly complex machine, as it allows you to wash different products according to different programmes. It offers connectivity to digital production control systems as a standard. It is compact and suitable for both manual washing and robot work.
