At the heart of the technology lies the design of the industrial cleaning system for mechanically treated products, which uses a modular drive with individual, separated treatment chambers. The drives and cleaning nozzles are controlled in such a way that each chamber-module performs a certain degree of product cleaning. Each individual chamber is controlled separately by the CNC controller, which reads separate programmes - recipes. Programmes are written using a G-code, as are the machining centres. This was developed to help combine the work functions of the process technologist and the cleaning technologist. The treatment water from each chamber does not mix freely between the chambers, which greatly increases the cost-effectiveness of the washing.
