ROTARY PALLET / RP line

Industrial washing system adapted for manual or robotic operation. A manipulator with two pallets is used. A robot or person places the pieces which are to be washed on one pallet while the pieces on the other pallet are washed. The pallets can be dedicated and adapted to the individual shapes of the pieces. The special feature is the small footprint and the targeted washing, as the palette can be rotated 360 degrees to adjust to the different nozzles. Successfully applied for the first time in 2015, over 2.0 million cycles washed.

The "RP" line was created especially for high production requirements, for demanding pieces on an extremely small footprint. On a footprint of just over 1.5 m2, a very demanding cleaning of the pieces is carried out, on a pallet system. The pieces can be rotated in the machine in any way you like and adjusted to different nozzles. There is one tank, or possibly two depending on the desired washing effect. One chamber is used for a cleaning cycle with water, followed by a "Blow off" cycle and then a drying cycle. During this process, the robot or a person places the pieces on an external pallet, which is ready to be fed into the machine. It is controlled by a CNC processing centre with independent recipes, which means you can easily wash different products on the machine. The size of the base pallet is 400x500 mm, which means that it is large enough for one or more smaller complex products.
