FA 600 – investment casting/ mf line
FA 600 machine was made to cover one of the most important needs of investment castings production; to simply wash the ceramic mould before the process of pouring the material in the mould.
We invested much of our time into filtration of the fine dust, that is the main cause of porosity of casted parts. Machine runs automatically and ensures stable and cost-efficient washing of your castings.
It can load the pallets size up to 600x600 mm. Washing cycle is around 10 minutes. It runs on normal or DEMI water and it has 4 stages of special filtration, to filter fine dust and particles up to 10mcr in size
